1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A CHILDREN'S WORSHIP BULLETINS MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The 2012 Children's Worship Bulletins Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Officers, directors and employees of Children's Worship Bulletins ("Sponsor") and its parents, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) and those with whom they are domiciled, are NOT eligible to enter or win.

4. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins January 9, 2012 (12:00:01 AM Eastern Time) and ends April 2, 2012 (12:00:01 AM Eastern Time) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). You may enter the Sweepstakes two (2) different ways:

(A) Receive an automatic entry when you renew an existing Children's Worship Bulletins subscription for any term; or

(B) Receive a mail-in entry by hand-printing your name, address, city, state, zip, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3"x 5" card, and mailing the card in a stamped envelope during the Sweepstakes Period to: 2012 Children's Worship Bulletins Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6270, Beaufort, SC 29903.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 2, 2012 and received no later than April 9, 2012. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. No copies or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted. Neither Sponsor, nor any of its employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 2012 Children's Worship Bulletins Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6270, Beaufort, SC 29903, by 4/2/12.

5. DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Sponsor will select winner(s) in a random drawing on or about April 9, 2012 in Beaufort, SC. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Entrants need not be present to win. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Limit one (1) prize per person. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Children's Worship Bulletins entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the holder of the Children's Worship Bulletins account, according to Sponsor records. If a winner is selected as the result of an automatic entry or an automatic entry from an account with multiple names, the name of the individual on the account (as indicated on the account information on file with Sponsor) will be deemed the winner. Winner(s) will be notified by mail or telephone. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of notification in order to receive the prizes. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

6. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) Gift Card to Office Max. Prize(s) are nontransferable.

All taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

7. GENERAL: Sweepstakes sponsor/operator: Children's Worship Bulletins, P.O. Box 6270, Beaufort, SC 29903. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, or agencies of any of the above organizations, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, tax liabilities or damages of any kind arising from entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media now existing or hereinafter devised, without additional compensation, where legal. (Tennessee residents need not consent to, or sign any, publicity release.) Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify from this or any Sweepstakes it sponsors, now or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or any other aspect of this Sweepstakes; and (ii) cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes in the event that printing errors, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.
